India has so many fascinating elements to it that we could not help ourselves to explore some of the history/architecture that goes back in history for thousands of years.
We are currently visiting Delhi, India and we took the first chance we got to visit the World Heritage Site – Humayun’s Tomb, commisioned in 1569 – 1570.
There is quite a few similarities between the Taj Mahal and the Humayun’s Tomb – similar in looks and layout as well.
It is worth a visit, as a foreigner you will pay 500 Rupee to enter and you can spend as long as you want exploring the grounds. The grounds are filled with lush green patches and you can get lost in between all the great architecture.

Myself and Sue could not resist to use this incredible backdrop to take some amazing photos.
As a photographer India is proving to be an amazing place filled with inspiration.
