The brand new annual event, the LE KAP LIFESTYLE FAIR, was born out of an appreciation for the finer things in life. Gourmet food, artisanal drinks and fine wine meets fashion and showjumping with the inaugural public event taking place on Saturday the 9th of November 2013 in the relaxed country chic setting of Lourensford Wine Estate in Somerset West.
The Saturday event will showcase a curated selection of gourmet foods paired with fine wines, an exclusive Moët & Chandon Champagne Bar, Glenmorangie Whisky Lounge, luxuriously inspired couture, dressage with music (musical kur), and an exclusive fashion show featuring South Africa’s top designers and showjumping. Bentley will also be showcasing the brand new Flying Spur, available for viewing on the adjacent polo fields at Laurent Hall at Lourensford Estate.

These innovative food vendors have reinvented the way that South Africans experience fresh, local ingredients, offering gourmet style street food paired with fine wines, artisanal beers, whiskies and even champagne at the Le Kap Fair.
The coffee trend is another that won’t go amiss at the Le Kap Lifestyle Fair, with a bespoke Nespresso Coffee Lounge offering guests a pick me up any time they might need it during the fair. The Nespresso concept has redefined the way millions of people enjoy their espresso coffee today and has shaped the global coffee culture.
The Cape Town Fashion Council is also proud to partner with the Le Kap Lifestyle Fair and will be presenting the work of five established and emerging fashion designers through an innovated ramp show on the country estate’s scenic terraces. The five talented designers will showcase their latest Summer 2013/14 collections and also offer pop-up shops for instant gratification.
Showcasing a new luxury performance benchmark with the recently launched Bentley Flying Spur, the Imperial Collection group brings together some of the finest luxury motoring marques in South Africa at the Le Kap Lifestyle Fair.
